"Great Services!"
Being parents to three young ones ages 3, 4, & 5, we were looking for something that was suitable for us. Yes, kids are still using boosters. We have a Denali but really kicking our butts in miles and gas with the drive-around we do for kids, school, and work. We've gone to 2 other dealerships. First one was very pushy! A private dealer pushing us to purchase a Honda Crosstour. (Problems: that car looks like a roach, way too much miles for the asking price on a used car, and of course, saying things young parents should hear.) We actually put a deposit down after spending 5 hours with this guy. I guess I was making myself love it for the kids. Second dealer we brought my mother along with our kids. The salesman we spoke to was very nice, but he was ready to go home. After a night's rest and comparing the vehicles we have seen, my husband found a used Dodge Journey that caught our eyes. We called up the dealership letting them know we wanted to take a look. Once we arrived with all 3 kids, and my mother, everyone was ecstatic. We were all amazed by this vehicle. It was a pretty busy day for them, so our salesman JP let us take it out for a test drive. WE LOVED IT! But we got back to the dealer and to kill time, we looked around. Yes, we even looked at a Caravan (that I refuse to ever look at! Not ready to be that soccer mom yet!) Then there's that one that caught our eyes. The 2013 Journey SXT Blacktop. It was beautiful! Unfortunately, the one on the lot did not have a third row we wanted. JP is such an amazing person dealing with my family (all 6 of us)! He did a great job getting us what we wanted! As of now we are proud owners of the new 2013 Dodge Journey SXT Blacktop! Thanks to JP and everyone helping us find the right one for the right price! Definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go over and see them!

"Excellent Customer Service"
I took my 1997 Chrysler Sebring Convertible into Mitchell's for repairs. Paul Scata called me and informed me as to what steps the mechanics would take to fix the problem. Mr. Scata also informed me of the costs. I gave him the OK and the work began. Paul Scata called me daily to give me an update on the work being done and if the mechanics saw a new problem Paul would call first to get my OK and inform me as to the costs and ask if I wanted the work done. I said yes every time. I appreciated Paul keeping me informed and his very courteous service skills. Mr. Scata is definitely an asset to the company. I will take definitely take my car back to Mitchell's for any repairs, also I will recommend Mitchell's to my family and friends.

"Not afraid to tell you the true numbers on a car"
Good group to work with -- not afraid to tell you the "true numbers" on a car. Weird that they sell certified used Jeeps and not new, but I love the Wrangler I bought, and their service guys are fast and clean, from the two visits I've been back (for oil changes, not repair). Pretty convenient that they have a cleaning and detail crew too, because I've left the top down and doors off all summer, and can get it cleaned for the cold weather at the same time I have the coolant winterized. One less trip.

"Extremely polite and low-key"
No pushing us into to 100 cars, no pressure to see everything under the sun. We spent more time talking with J.P. about our kids than the van we actually bought, I think, but in the end, thats how we knew the one we bought was going to meet our needs. He listened! Super sweet guy, and his managers were extremely polite and low-key, too. Small stores have their advantages, for sure.

"Everything was done to my satisfaction"
I had been searching for a van or suv that would give me more space then I currently have in my car because we travel and need the extra space. I had been looking more than a year for a vehicle that had my options, color and price. Since this dealer was nearly 50 miles from my home and in another state I was concerned about dealing with problems. I didn't want to make many trips to see test the car. It was raining the day we came to test drive it. The dealer brought the car inside so we could take our time to go over it completely - checking out the options and condition of the vehicle. The car had all the options that the dealer had advertised and a couple that were not listed. There was some paint chips that I ask them to fix. The price was very competitive and we agreed to a price based on some cosmetic fixes. When we returned to pick up the vehicle I went over all the options and rechecked the paint - everything was done to my satisfaction. The dealership took care of all the paper work and so far we are happy with everything.
